Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/message with details.
Shipping timelines
Estimated delivery timeline are as follows:
- Domestic orders (within India) : 5-10 business days
- International orders(if applicable) : 10-21 business days
Please note delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, custom processing or if any unforeseen delays.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. We may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotions or minimum purchase values.
Delays and Delivery Issues
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, customs, strikes or other external factors are beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hrs of the delivery update.
Incorrect Shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct and accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional shipping charges may be applied for reshipment requests.
